We will host two informative sessions, answer inquiries in the Developer Lounge, and participate in the AWS re:Invent Code Challenge. Session Details
In “Addressing Common Mobile Use Cases with the AWS Mobile SDKs,” set for Wednesday, November 28th from 3:25 PM to 4:15 PM, myself and my colleague, Alex Thompson, will explore several samples included with the AWS Mobile SDKs and discuss the advantages of leveraging these SDKs in mobile applications. We will also provide a demonstration of how these SDKs facilitate the integration of mobile apps with AWS, along with managing credentials in a mobile context.
On Thursday, November 29th from 11:35 AM to 12:25 PM, Alex Thompson will lead the session “Data Persistence in Amazon DynamoDB for Mobile Applications.” This session will cover the two primary interfaces exposed by the AWS Mobile SDKs for Amazon DynamoDB: the AWS Persistence Framework for Core Data and the DynamoDB Mapper for Android. Alex will showcase these frameworks through detailed code walkthroughs, helping developers gain a solid understanding of how to incorporate them into their mobile applications.
