As we approach the year 2024, the Amazon team is gearing up for an exciting event: re:Invent 2024 in Las Vegas from December 2-6. Leaders from Frontdoor, Inc., a major home warranty provider, will discuss how to create a generative AI–powered workspace that enhances agent efficiency and improves customer service.
