I received a message from Sarah Green, informing me that she has developed a java.util.Map
implementation utilizing Amazon S3. As Sarah points out, “Typically, our goal is to optimize performance; however, in this instance, I was particularly mindful of the costs associated with each operation.”
Sarah meticulously documented the number of S3 calls executed by each method in her implementation. Being a dedicated S3 user herself, she also stored the JavaDoc documentation for S3Map
directly in S3! This table is quite informative and will surely benefit any developer utilizing this class.
Great job, Sarah!
