For more details, please refer to the feature announcement and the relevant documentation. The previously required custom solution described here is now obsolete.

As of July 21, 2023, the recommendations on enabling Security Hub in every region where you have authorized activities have been updated. AWS Security Hub, which became generally available on June 25, 2019, offers extensive visibility into your security and compliance status across various AWS accounts, all from a unified platform.
