Amazon Elastic File System (Amazon EFS) now provides four storage classes: two Standard classes, Amazon EFS Standard and Amazon EFS Standard-Infrequent Access (EFS Standard-IA), along with two One Zone classes, Amazon EFS One Zone and Amazon EFS One Zone-Infrequent Access (EFS One Zone-IA). The Standard classes ensure data is securely stored across multiple availability zones (AZ).
